How can i track my order?
​Once your order ships you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number. If it has been more than two business days since you placed your order and you still have not received a tracking number, please email us at info@callisto.watch and we will gladly assist you.

How do I use a discount code?
You enter your discount code at checkout before you have filled in your personal information. Once you have added your discount code, the discount will immediately be deducted from the total sum when adding the coupon. Please be aware that you can only use one discount code per order.

How do I change or cancel my order?
Please contact our customer service as soon as possible with an e-mail to. info@callisto.watch, so we can change or cancel your order before we have shipped it.

What do I do if my watch got broken?
Please contact our customer service with information about what has happened to your watch and your order number. Our manufacturing will examine your inquiry and contact you with further information. We offer a 2 year manufacturer's warranty on all our watches, but it does not cover damage caused by water or outer force. For more information about the rules for the guarantee, please read our terms and conditions.

What do I do if I receive the wrong item or a defective item?
We recommend that you as a customer controls that the item is correct and in perfect condition when you receive your order. If you have received the wrong item or if the item has a defect, please contact our customer service within 2 weeks for complaints.

Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide. No matter where you live, we will ship your order right to your doorstep. If you have any further questions about our shipping standards, please send a e-mail to info@callisto.watch

Is there any additional charges when I receive the package?
If you order from a country outside of the European Union, you do not have to pay VAT. You have to pay VAT and customs duty when you receive your package in your country. This fee is charged by the courier. So please remember, when you choose your country outside of the EU at checkout, the VAT will be deducted.

CUSTOMS, TAXES, DUTIES, AND FEES
CallistoWatches is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government. Since these duties and taxes differ between different countries and states we are unable to provide an estimated cost. For further information you will have to contact your local customs office. Taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties.


How do I return a product?
With the receipt of the watch you have 2 weeks to complete the return process. If the return claim is valid and correct we will reimburse the full amount of your order to the payment method used, but not for returning the package. The customer have to arrange the shipping and it is important that the item is packaged carefully so it will not get damaged, and that the delivery is insured.
