CallistoWatches receives payment with CC/ VISA-CC, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MastercardDebit, Eurocard; Klarna and ViaBill. The payment will be withdrawn from your account when the item is shipped. ViaBill Term & Conditions can be read here: viabill.io/consumer-terms/
All prices are incl. VAT and taxes.
CallistoWatches uses an authorized payment server that encrypts all of your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your transaction is unreadable by others.
The items are shipped the same day as the order is accepted, if the order is given before 12:00 on work days.
Bill of Rights
A law of 2 years is granted under the Purchasing Act. Your right of complaint applies to defects in materials and / or fabrication.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by improper operation of the product / service.

If a refund has been agreed upon, the amount will be refunded to the card that was used to complete the purchase.
Right of Cancellation
A full return of 14 days is given on items purchased in our webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order. Return costs must be held by yourself.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the purchase and from the cancellation you must return within 14 days.
The message must be given per. email at email@example.com In the message, please let us know clearly that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
The condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and manner of the item. In other words - you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the product has been tested beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that, in the case of withdrawal of the purchase, only a portion or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the merchant's commercial value.
In order to receive the entire purchase amount, you must do the same as at a physical store. You can try the product, but not take it in real use.
